I’d like to share a little trick which can make a huge difference to anyone’s healing journey & will help you to have a great day everyday!
Write down 5 things every day that you are grateful for in that day, before you go to bed. It really makes you start to appreciate the simple things in life & lifts your vibrational up into gratitude where, by law of attraction, you will attract in more of those positive experiences. It can be ANYTHING, however small.
For example yesterday I was grateful for:
- The lady in the coffee shop who gave me such a genuine smile & made me a really fantastic LSD.
- Having a little extra time over lunch to go for a swim on such a gorgeous sunny day.
- The opportunity to work with 3 wonderful people & assist them on their journey to health & wholeness
- Our Tesla distributor kindly offered to drop over our order personally & helped me to install our water kit.
- Having some special quality time over dinner with a good friend.
